Rethinking South Warrington Futures Group (RSWF) is a group of community organisations, residents associations, emerging NDP committees and interested persons who have combined to try and get a fair planning and development outcome from the Council’s proposed Local Plan. It is hoped that the critical review/ observations will assist the general public in their deliberations.
