Urban Splash have started a public consultation today on the proposed layout for Grappenhall Heys Phase 2, they are delivering consultation letters to the immediate neighbours today and a website containing information on the proposal is live and is available at the following link:

This consultation is in advance of the submission of a reserved matters application which they are planning to submit in 2021 and they are hoping to take the neighbours opinions into account prior to submitting the application.
