Appleton Parish Council are aware that there are members of the public that may have complaints regarding the Inland Border Facility at Appleton Thorn.

If the complaint regarding to enforcement of the Heavy Goods Vehicle Restrictions or any other Police related matter this must be reported directly to Cheshire Police via 101.
Please include as much detail as possible in your complaint.
- who is involved – for example, the driver or company name, or the vehicle registration number (number plate)
- what the driver or company is doing
- where they’re doing it
- when they’re doing it
Members of the public must report any complaint directly to either the Inland Border Facility or Cheshire Police.
