Appleton Parish Hall

Appleton Parish Hall is a large hall (approx. 25 foot (7.8 meters) x 56 foot (14 meters) with full sound system including speakers, Wi-Fi and stage. Full kitchen including oven, microwave, Fridge, dishwasher and tea urn. Car parking for 24 cars including disabled space. The capacity of the hall is up to ninety people at anyone time in the building.

Chairs and tables

Appleton Parish Hall has 90 chairs, 13 large tables (66cm x 182cm) and 16 square tables (86cm x 86cm).

For children’s parties there are 30 children’s chairs and 4 children’s tables (66cm x 182cm). There are also three small toddler tables with 18 coloured chairs.

Charges for Hiring

Main Hall is avaliable to rent for regular weekly or monthly groups or for children’s birthday parties (under the age of 10) the charge is £20 per hour.

From 1st April 2024 the hire hall charge is £21 per hour.

Please note no bookings are accepted for any events such as engagement parties, adult birthday parties, christenings or any other event.

Please note that there is minimum charge/period of hire for children’s parties, this is three hours room hire.  You can hire the hall for longer than three hours and additional time is charged at the standard hourly rate.

Please note that the Parish Council cannot accept any booking for children’s birthday parties for bouncy castles or for any inflatable equipment.
